. He graduated in 1990 at the Petõfi Sándor Gimnázium in Budapest. He has one daughter called Szonja (b. 2003). He wasn't married and parted ways with his girlfriend just before participating in a dating reality TV show the same year. He began a relationship with Hungarian soap opera actress Heni Novák with whom he moved to the United States in 2010. The couple split up in 2013, after a five-year relationship.
