Syed Rahim Moshiri was born on April 11, 1930, in

. As a child, he attended elementary school at Hedayat School in Semnan. He attended fifth grade at Pahlavi and Dehkhoda High School. He attended sixth grade at Mirafzali High School. His high school as Pahlavi and Dehkhoda. He began his undergraduate studies at
