Dolgin has published numerous articles and presented numerous papers on pediatric surgical procedures and consequences, particularly in the areas of inflammatory bowel disease, neonatal surgery and ovarian pathology. He is on the editorial boards of The Journal of Pediatric Surgery, The Journal of Pediatric Surgery Case Reports and Pediatrics in Review.
