Section 2(3) was repealed by Group 2 o

Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1998.
Section 3 - Extent
In section 3(2), the words from "or Isle of Man" to the end were repealed by Group 2 o
Part IXof Schedule 1 to the
Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1998.
The power conferred by section 3(2) was exercised by
