Peter "Spud" Rowsell (1943-2021)
was a
yachtsman and boatbuilder based in
Exmouth, Devon,
England. Amongst many racing successes, Rowsell won the
Merlin Rocket Class Championships at
Abersoch Wales in 1978, crewed by
