The Slovenian National Time Trial Championships have been held since 1991. Kristijan Koren (U23 category) set absolute best time in 2006 and 2007 Championships and beat all top riders (Elite), and the same thing with U23 repeated at both National Time Trials and Road Race in 2009. After that,
