City. Sinjhoro is the headquarters of Taluka Municipal Administration Sinjhoro with a Mukhtiarkar seated for revenue matters since the British Era. The town used to be connected to other cities by the Narrow Gauge railway line, but today this railway line is completely abandoned. The railway line was once known as Raja ji Ki Gari(راجہ کی گاڑی). A large number of Punjabi, Sindhi, and Urdu-speaking communities live in Sinjhoro, including malik Jats, Kharals, and Arains of Punjabi casts, and Sindhi and Balochi tribes like Khorkhani's, Laghari's, and many others. Ranghar's and Shaikhs also live here .The lands on this side of the town are fertile and good for crops. The main crops are cotton, sugarcane, and Wwheat,while people also grow vegetables and flowers. The weather here is very hot and some weeks cool due to the Siberian winds in winter. There are public and private schools and colleges for education. Population of the town is 19,682 (2017).
