Robert Scott Steindorff is an American television and film producer, executive producer and film consultant.
Early life and education
Steindorff was born in
Minnesota

and then moved to Arizona during his childhood.
He attended

in theater and business.
Steindorff then joined the real estate business of his father and worked in real estate for twenty years.
He eventually moved to California to pursue a film career, and continued to work as a real estate consultant.

Career
In 1998, Steindorff formed the film production company Stone Village Productions.
His first acquisition was "Night Magic" by Tom Tryon, to be adapted for a movie and for the stage. In 2012, his company expanded into a joint venture with Exclusive Media.
