She was born to Ugandan parents, the late Robinah Kasirye Kiyingi, a lawyer and Dr. Aggrey Kiyingi, a cardiologist. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Law and Arts in International Studies and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, both awarded by the
