. There were 261 households. There were 315 males and 354 females, giving a sex ratio of 0.89 males per female, with 102 people (15.2%) aged under 15 years, 96 (14.3%) aged 15 to 29, 363 (54.3%) aged 30 to 64, and 117 (17.5%) aged 65 or older.
Ethnicities were 93.7% European, 6.7% Māori, 1.3% Pacific peoples, 3.1% Asian, and 2.7% other ethnicities (totals add to more than 100% since people could identify with multiple ethnicities).
Although some people objected to giving their religion, 60.5% had no religion, 28.7% were Christian, 0.9% were Hindu, 0.4% were Muslim, 0.4% were Buddhist and 4.0% had other religions.
