The Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu covers the Hawaiian Island chain, with churches on Oah'u, Maui, Kaua'i, Molokai, Lanai and the Big Island. The diocese is divided into nine vicariates.

West Honolulu Vicariate

This list contains parishes in Honolulu on the island of Island of O`ahu, O'ahu.

East Honolulu Vicariate

This list contains parishes in Honolulu.

Leeward Oahu Vicariate

This list contains parishes on the western side of O'ahu.

Central Oahu Vicariate

This list contains parishes in O'ahu and the island of Island of Molokai, Molokaʻi.

Windward Oahu Vicariate

This list contains parishes on the eastern side of O'ahu.

West Hawaii Vicariate

This list contains parishes and mission churches on the island of Hawaii (island), Hawaii (the Big Island).

East Hawaii Vicariate

This list contains parishes on the Island of Hawaii

Kauai Vicariate

This list contains parishes and mission churches on the island of Kauai.

Maui Vicariate

This list contains parishes on the islands of Maui and Lanai, Lānaʻi.
