The Mulleter Sadnig (2,569m) lies to the north, separated from the Hoher Sadnig by the col of ''Sadnigscharte'' (2,484m). To the west below the ''Sadnigscharte'' (Asten side) is the mountain lake of ''Sadnigsee''.
