S. Damodaran (born 18 September 1952) is an Indian politician and was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu. S. Damodaran was born in Pollachi on 18 September 1952. He is married and has one child. Prior to being elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Damodaran was President of Thalakkarai Panchayat (1984–1989) and a member of Pollachi North Panchayat Union (1996–2001). Damodaran, who represented the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, was elected to the 14th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Kinathukadavu constituency in 2011. He had previously been elected to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the same constituency in
