Richard C. Mulligan, Ph.D., (born 1954) is the Mallinckrodt Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School, and Director of the Harvard Gene Therapy Initiative. He is a Director of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Biogen Idec, Inc.
