Communist Party interpreted these documents as "reactionary party of fascistic type" due to the GRM provocateur, the group was discovered in April 1956. In April 1956, its members (A. Sukhodolskyi, R. Dotsenko, J. Mazur, D. Pysarev, D. Slobodyan, V. Cherepanov, A. Stasishkis, A. Myroshnichenko, A. Ahbalov and others) were arrested and trialled in September of the same year.
