Chudeau was born in 1949. He holds a degree in

and worked as a high school teacher before becoming a school inspector with the Inspector General of National Education (IEN). In 2008, he was appointed Director of Supervision of the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

Chudeau became a member of the
