Reynolds is located along the southern border of Rock Island County. Perryton Street, the southernmost street in the village, follows the county line, and the village limits include buildings on the south side of the street, in Mercer County.

Of the 206 households 29.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.3% were married couples living together, 15.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.2% were non-families. 19.4% of households were one person and 10.2% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.76. The age distribution was 21.9% under the age of 18, 12.2% from 18 to 24, 25.8% from 25 to 44, 26.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.6% 65 or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females, there were 93.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.6 males. The median household income was $42,917 and the median family income was $48,333.
