The Reign of Ren and Xuan () (1424–1435) refers to the reigns of the Hongxi Emperor (r. 1424–25) and his son, the Xuande Emperor (r. 1425–35), which was considered the height of the Ming dynasty's golden age. After the Xuande Emperor's death, the dynasty began to gradually decline.
