, USA. The district, when first listed in 1977, is bounded on the north by Clark Avenue and on the south by Rio Grande Avenue. On the east, the district is bounded by First Street, and on the west the district is bounded by Third Street. The district covers about and contains 95 significant buildings. The district was enlarged in 2015.
