Central storylines this season include Eric and Donna dealing with some harsh realities of their relationship, Kelso trying to win Jackie back, Hyde reuniting with his father, Kitty trying to get Laurie to make something of herself, Donna's family facing hard times when Bob's store goes out of business, Fez dating a girl who turns out to be mentally insane, and Red and Kitty getting annoyed with Bob and Midge's fads and behaviors.
