Piotr Józef Hofmański (born 6 March 1956) is a Polish jurist and judge who has served as President of the
International Criminal Court The International Criminal Court (ICC or ICCt) is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal seated in The Hague, Netherlands. It is the first and only permanent international court with jurisdiction to prosecute individuals f ...
(ICC) since 2021. He has been a judge of the ICC since 2015. His election into the Presidency of the ICC is for a three-year term. Prior to his tenure as a judge of the ICC, Hofmański was a legal expert and advisor at the Council of Europe.

In 2001–2002 he was working as an expert at the Council of Europe in the ''Reflection Group on developments in international cooperation in criminal matters'' and in 2004–2006 in the ''Committee of Experts on Transnational Justice''.
