Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Football Club or SPA FC was founded and started as a recreational club for the staffs of the Malaysian Public Services Commission (Malay:''Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia''). The club, affiliated with
