Love Jones supported ''Powerful Pain Relief'' by opening for the Presidents of the United States of America on a North American tour.

Production

The album was produced by Paul du Gré and Love Jones. The conga player and vocalist Ben Daughtrey left the band after the completion of ''Powerful Pain Relief''.
