History

The founding of Pittsburgh City United FC was officially announced at a press conference on June 3, 2021. It was announced at this time that the club formed an official partnership with the

Ownership

The club is owned by Michael Anton Monsour. In August 2021, it was announced that Mosnour was exploring fan ownership and began taking reservations on crowdfunding platform Wefunder. As of 2022 it is not clear if fan ownership ever materialized.
