as an Assistant Professor. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005, and full Professor in 2010. In 2013, Holland moved to Yale University, where he is currently a Professor of Chemistry. In 2021, he was awarded the title Conkey P. Whitehead Professor of Chemistry.
