Patrick Joseph McGrath (pronounced ; born June 11, 1945) is an Irish-born American prelate of the
Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the
Diocese of San Jose in California from 1999 to 2019 and as an auxiliary bishop of the
Archdiocese of San Francisco
