Park Township is a civil township of St. Joseph County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,699 at the 2000 census. The township was originally part of Flowerfield Township and was set off as a separate township in 1838.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.8 square miles (92.7 km), of which 35.1 square miles (90.9 km) is land and 0.7 square mile (1.7 km) (1.87%) is water.
