''Eidinemacheilus smithi'', also known as the Zagroz blind loach, is a
species of
loach in the
family Nemacheilidae. This
cavefish is
endemic to an
aquifer in the
Karun River drainage in the
Zagros Mountains of
Iran.

Anthony Smith, who collected the type specimens.
