Between 1990-1993 Prof. Ben-Naftali was Deputy Director General for Academic Affairs at the College of Management Academic Studies. Between 1993-1996 she worked at the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations, Department of Peacekeeping Operations, the United Nations HQ/NY.
