Orçun Tolga Karaoğlanoğlu, (born 1 October 1987) is a Turkish sprint kayaker. He was born in Balıkesir, Turkey. He is a student of the Turkish Naval Academy ( tr, Deniz Harp Okulu), and competes for his school's team.

KaraoÄŸlanoÄŸlu won the K-1 200m, K-1 1000m and K-2 1000m events at the 2006 Spring Flatwater Canoeing Cup at Lake Sapanca in Sakarya Province.
