Ogtay Shiraliyev Kazim oglu ( az, Oqtay Şirəliyev Kazım oğlu; born in 1950) is a professor, PhD and Azerbaijani politician who served as the Minister of Healthcare of Azerbaijan Republic from 2005 to 2021.
