''Notolycodes'' is a monospecific genus of marine ray-finned fish belonging to the Family (biology), family Zoarcidae, the eelpouts. Its only species is ''Notolycodes schmidti'' which is found in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean off Brazil and Argentina.
