Norma Anderson is an American former state legislator from Colorado. A Republican, she represented Jefferson County in the

from 1999 until 2006. She was the first woman to serve as majority leader in the Colorado House and Colorado Senate. A pre-school was named for her and she is a member of the Jefferson County Historical Commission Hall of Fame. She has lived in Lakewood, Colorado, and has three children. She resigned her senate seat in 2006 to spend more time with her family. She was succeeded in the Senate by Kiki Traylor. An interview with her was recorded in 2011.

In 2021, Anderson left the Republican Party over its support for Donald Trump. Anderson is a plaintiff on a court case (''

. Trump was ultimately disqualified from the Colorado Republican primary; it was the first time a presidential candidate had ever been barred from running because of the clause. The court also stayed its ruling, pending review by the US Supreme Court. On March 4, 2024, US Supreme Court ruled that President Trump could not be disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th amendment.
