s, gave precedence to ''kubaryana'' over ''nigerrima''. Pola et al. (2008) agreed with the synonymy, but initially rejected Yonow & Hayward's nomenclatural act, arguing that ''nigerrima'' had page precedence over ''kubaryana''. However, the
