Episodes

A total of thirty 25-minute episodes were produced over five six-episode series. The third series was also produced in 1988 prior to the pilot episode of ''Rab C. Nesbitt'' (as evidenced by a VHS tape named "Mary and Jim's Wedding, 2nd November 1988" which dropped out of a Polaroid camera and had an "18" sticker placed on it at the end of its third episode), but it was not transmitted until 19 January 1989. On 17 July 2006, Series 1 was released on
