Plot

Nothing is going right for Mr. Rossi. A nutty, bumbling fairy comes to his "rescue", and gives him a magic whistle. By blowing it, Mr. Rossi and his dog Harold can travel through time. However, they are unable to escape trouble as they meet fire-breathing dragons, hungry Roman lions, scalp-happy Indians, and Robin Hood's deadly arrows. Eventually Mr. Rossi finds happiness at his home, in the present.
