Geography

Morrow Township covers an area of and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains eight cemeteries: Branstutter, Broyles, Campbell, Cox, Daniels, Megrew, Morelock and Shibleys Point. The streams of Pleasant Creek, Plum Branch and Turkey Creek run through this township.
