New Delhi. The school has its humble beginning with a number of 7 staff and 70 students, which has zoomed to 73 staff members, and school strength scaled to 1460 students as of date.
The foundation stone was laid by Rev Fr Joseph Mattom CMI, then Provincial, on 8 December 1990, blessed by Mar Jacob Thumkuzhy - then Bishop of Mananthavady, and inaugurated by Mar Aruldas James, then Bishop of Ooty on 25 May 1991. Since then Morning Star Higher Secondary School has been standing strong for 30 years now. We take the modesty to say that we did our best to do as we had planned and we are proud of our students and teachers who strive hard to achieve beyond expectation.
