According to José Gil, vice president of Miss Grand Zulia, the Miss Grand Venezuela 2023 pageant was scheduled for November 2022; however, the remaining details have not been revealed yet.[

Contestants for the Miss Grand Venezuela 2023 pageant will be either directly appointed by the state licensee or determined through the state pageants. The following list is the preliminary state pageants that were expected to be held.
