from Vilnius, Aista Mačiulytė, followed by a journalism student Irmina Preisegalaviciute in 2017. Lithuania partook in Miss Grand International three times; in 2016, 2017, and 2018, two of them received non-placements, while the latest representative withdrew during the pageant camp for undisclosed reasons.

History

From 2016 to 2017 the license of Miss Grand Lithuania belonged to the Miss Queen of Scandinavia pageant of Peter Hadwart, but it was then taken over by a Romanian-based event organizer, Exclusive Event International, in 2018. After that, no Lithuanian candidates competed at Miss Grand International because the license was not renewed by any pageant-related organs. Since the first participation at Miss Grand International in 2016, no Miss Grand national pageant was specifically organized to determine the representatives; all Lithuanian candidates for Miss Grand International were directly hand-picked by the licensee in that particular year.
