Background

The applications for Miss Grand Laos 2023 were opened on June 18. All summited applicants were then screened by the pageant organizer to determine the final 18 national candidates. Each qualified candidate was later assigned to represent one of the 18 country's provinces; the press conference was conducted on July 4.
