contains the text of the four Gospels on 223 parchment leaves (size ), with one lacuna (Matthew 1:1-6:1). The text is written in one column per page, 20 lines per page. The text is divided according to the (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin of the text, but without their (''titles'') at the top of the pages. It contains Prolegomena (explanation of using of the Eusebian Canons), tables of the (''tables of contents'') before each Gospel with a Harmony, lectionary markings at the margin (for Church reading), (''lessons''), subscriptions at the end of each Gospel, with numbers of stichoi, and numbers of Verses.
