The codex contains a complete text of the four Gospels on 259 paper leaves (). The text is written in one column per page, in 22 lines per page. The text is divided according to the (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin. It contains Argumentum, lists of the (''lists of contents'') before each Gospel with a harmony, lectionary markings at the margin, (''lessons''),
