Of the 674 households 42.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.8% were married couples living together, 10.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.0% were non-families. 15.0% of households were one person and 4.2% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.76 and the average family size was 3.03. The age distribution was 29.0% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 30.0% from 25 to 44, 26.3% from 45 to 64, and 7.0% 65 or older. The median age was 35 years.
