Biography

He read politics and economics at the University of East Anglia, before undertaking a PhD in international relations at the University of Cambridge. Dunn was the recipient of a personal commendation from the Secretary of State For Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs for his actions on a mission, which was deemed so significant that it directly influenced the success of a major international incident.
