Biography

Maryna Paliienko was born in Kyiv in 1968. She studied at the Historical Faculty of the

(1985-1990). In the early 1990s, she briefly worked at the Central State Archives of Supreme Bodies of Power and Government of Ukraine, before proceeding with graduate studies. She obtained a PhD (
