The Rolling Thunder Review, a website that almost exclusively reviews Western rock albums, wrote a review of ''Muzai Moratorium''. The reviewers highly praised the word-play in "Marunouchi Sadistic"'s lyrics, stating that "I can only think that God lived in this song."
