Since 28 February 2005 she has been a numerary member of the Institute of Catalan Studies with the number 255, and since 2017 she has been the institution's vice-president. She had already been previously, between 11 November 2010 and 2013, replacing Joan Solà, who died on 27 October 2010. She has been a member of the Governing Board and the Advisory Council of the Institució de les Lettres Catalanes since 2015. She has been a member of the Arts and Culture Council of Girona (2008–2011), member of the School Council of Catalonia (2011–2015), member of the Social Council of Culture of the Government of Catalonia (2014–2015), president of the Advisory Council of the CRUSCAT Network (2010–2015), member of the Organising Committee of the Commemorations of the Government of Catalonia (2011–2013) and coordinator of the "Leaves" of the Journal of Girona (1985–2008).


Politics

On 22 March 2019 she was announced as the future Minister of Culture in Quim Torra's government, replacing
