On 7 June 2008, Aleksandrova married fellow actor Ivan Stebunov. They divorced in 2010. In 2011 Aleksandrova met director Andrey Boltenko; their first child, a son named Andrey, was born in 2012. Aleksandrova gave birth to their second child, a daughter named Yekaterina, in 2015.
