Biography
Marc Wall was born in 1954. He later joined the U.S Foreign Service, overseeing posts as Director of the Bureau of African Affairs’ Economic Policy Staff in
Washington D.C. and overseas posts in the U.S. Embassies in

He later became Deputy Director of the Bureau of Asian and Pacific Affairs’ Office of Economic Policy in Washington, and was active in the development of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum. He was also a member of the Secretary of State's Policy Planning Council.
Wall resides in Virginia and was appointed as United States Ambassador to Chad by President
